The Piano Institute was established in January 2012 by Mrs. Catherine Tanujaya, B. Mus. After graduating from the Australian Institute of Music and Sydney Conservatorium of Music (Australia) she pursued her dream to open a music school. Led by a strong desire & willingness to share her passion for music to younger generations in her home country of Indonesia. She sees Indonesia is a large developing country that has many potential musicians who want to pursue a higher standard of music education.
