Little Maestro

Making music engages all areas of the brain. Beat and rhythm help children to learn to count, singing helps them to learn new words and understand pitch, while playing music together can develop children's hearing ability and musical awareness. Most importantly, playing music together with you will support a healthy and happy relationship between you and your child.

We believe that you are your child's first and most influential teacher, and we want to support you in this important role. Doing activities together with your child in Little Maestro Class will create ultimate bonding between you and your child.

Activities

Singing and Learning
Solfa Syllable

Singing help children to learn new words, develop their awareness of sound and pitch (high/low sound). Children also learn solfa syllable (do, re, mi) with body parts. This activity helps children to understand the tone before they start to play melodic instruments.

Movement With Music

A movement like dancing to the music can develop children motor skills and hearing ability. Both activities will enhance the ability of children to perform a skill as a result of this activity.

Playing A Range Of
Instruments

Playing an instrument is a great way for children to understand beat in music, develop the ability to coordinate both sides of the body at the same time, hand-eye coordination and motor skills. Children are encouraged to explore different instruments and sounds, and different ways to play. This activity also builds their awareness and understanding of a variety of musical concepts (e.g. loud/soft, fast/slow). Play a musical instrument with other children will develop their social skill as well.
